Follow-up Comment #12, bug #100633 (project xrootd):
I was thinking of the cases where people run many services under the same
user account (ie. user daemon at CERN). If we install the limit file setting
things to lower values that they already have defined elsewhere, other
services may experience unexpected problems after installing new versions of
xrootd RPMS. These are hard to debug.
