Follow-up Comment #15:
As requested by the original submitter, we are closing this issue without
fully resolving it as it is impossible to come up with a reasonable setting
that will either work in every instance or at least be benign.
Needless to say, sites must be warned to increase the thread limit if they
want things to run without problems.
