We should get some experience with the metadata server before we run the large scale tests, so we should play with it soon. Note that things such as ./meta/examples/runMetaClientTool.sh createTable LSST tableName=RunDeepSource partitioning=on schemaFile=../testdata/case03/data/RunDeepSource.sql overlap=0.025 phiColName=coord_ra thetaColName=coord_decl logicalPart=1 physChunking=0x0021 can also be loaded using a config file instead many command line arguments, as showed in ./meta/tests/completeTest.sh: createDb Summer2012 @./meta/examples/dbPartitioned.params createTable Summer2012 @./meta/examples/tb_Source.params A thought: you might create such config files and keep them together with the data for each of the test cases.
