Thanks for everything.

case01, case02, case03 are now in qservdata repository (I've zipped 
every data file).
In branch 2014, tests/tesdata is now a git submodule pointing on 
qservdata repository (cf. ~/.gitmodules in qserv src root).
It can be retrieved easily with next commands once qserv 2014 is cloned :
   $ git submodule init
   $ git submodule update

I've also merged the master in 2014 branch.
I'm now installing from scratch and re-running tests in order to 
validate the merge. Then, I propose you to merge 2014 branch in the master.
