Hello, Sorry for answering so late. The file <my base dir>/etc/my-proxy.cnf is used by the automated scons procedure in order to configure the proxy port. The template file is in <my src dir>/admin/custom/etc/my-proxy.cnf, this file will be updated with the port number (contained in qserv-build.conf) and deployed to <my base dir>/etc/my-proxy.cnf by runnning the whole install procedure : scons or more atomically : scons templates (see scons --help for all available targets) I'm updating the installer (qserv-install) in https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/ticket/2796 in order to add libqserv_workerCmsd.so.
