Hi Brian,
SiteLocalConfigService seems to be a service used in job configuration file,
yet my scope is bigger. I cannot edit all job configuration files or
fragments. I need also to catch xrdcp usage, there are bash/python scripts
using it. I found that adding a few lines in XrdClient should work quite
perfect.
