Hi, by JAS3 extensions directory we mean ~/.JAS3/extensions in case that was not clear. This is where JAS picks up your code, and is where maven should place the jar files during the kpix software build. JAS has to be stopped/started to pick up new code too in case that is not obvious. Would it be possible for you to put your code into subversion? That would make it much easier for us to help with problems. Kyle already has an account, and I have just created one for you dylan.
