Here is the outline for the QCD Snowmass white paper discussed at the Brookhaven meeting. If you are interested in participating in the studies/writeup, please let us know (as some of you already have). We will start a weekly vidyo meeting next Thursday May 9 at 11 AM EDT (5 PM CERN).
