Below is the announcement for the Seattle Snowmass Energy Frontier All-hands Workshop. This is a very important workshop and the final Energy Frontier workshop before our reports are due. We plan to organize this as very much a working meeting, and we really need your participation. Please sign up and make your travel arrangements as soon as possible. (Apologies for the dates but the meeting will end by noon on the 3rd of July, allowing time for you to travel back for the holiday.)

Dear Colleagues,
Registration is now open for the meeting of the Energy Frontier working
groups at the University of Washington in Seattle, June 30-July 3.
Relevant information is given at the workshop home page:
http://bit.ly/snowmass2013
including airport information, lodging information, and a link to an online credit card
payment for the $150 registration fee.
A schedule of the meeting will appear at the site soon. We will start at 8:30am on
Sunday, June 30, and we will finish before noon on Wednesday, July 3.
This will be the final meeting of the working groups before the reports for Snowmass
are written up. The working groups will present their conclusions at this meeting for
public comment. So, if you care about the results, please be there.
The meeting will take place immediately after Lepton-Photon 2013 in San Francisco.
This might provide a good opportunity for your overseas colleagues to contribute to the
Snowmass process.
The meeting will also give opportunities for new input to the Energy Frontier study.
Please contact the relevant working group conveners (listed on the Snowmass wiki)
to offer a contribution.
