The "Installing HPS Software" and "Generating Monte Carlo Data" tutorials 
have been updated. Your SLIC questions should be addressed, and the Maven 
settings are in.

"slic.sh" in the old SimDist is equivalent to "slic" in the new ilcinstall 
system. Either will spit out a list of command-line options when called 
with the -h option (i.e. "slic -h").

Don't know about the JAS3 problems.
