Hi Fabrice, I documented a new test that we need to run: https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/db/tests/MySql/WideTables this one is critically important to do before Aug 6-7 database review (and the Final Design Review). We need to get a feel how difficult it'll be to work with very wide tables in mysql. This is new, our widest table used to be 500 columns, but lsst scientists are now proposing a new model that involves 4900 columns in our Object table. I realize this will take a non-trivial effort to run. If you won't be able to run it (or if you have any questions at all), let me know, and we will try to get something going ourselves here, at slac. thanks!
