Argh. it was there. I was in the detector sub-dir which I've always used when running geomconverter but now the path is to the hps-detector. The reason why I couldn't see it in the first cvs up was because I did an update earlier where I probably didn't pay attention. So it was there all along. My bad. Thanks for the quick replies. /pelle On Jul 1, 2013, at 1:08 PM, Graf, Norman A. wrote: > Hello Pelle, > Do you have the gdml directory? > I just did an update which included the following: > > cvs update: Updating gdml > U gdml/ecal_vacuum_flange_simple.gdml > U gdml/fix_gdml_ids.sed > U gdml/svt_chamber.gdml > U gdml/vacuumChamber_v2.gdml > > Not sure what is going on with your installation. > Could you try a fresh checkout in some scratch directory > just to see whether your base installation has been > somehow corrupted? > Norman > ________________________________________ > From: Hansson Adrian, Per Ola > Sent: Monday, July 01, 2013 12:57 PM > To: Graf, Norman A. > Cc: hps-software > Subject: Re: gdml file missing? > > not PA but d and I don't have any tags (I tried and no gdml file)... > > /Pelle > > > On Jul 1, 2013, at 12:46 PM, Graf, Norman A. wrote: > >> Hello Pelle, >> Did you use: >> >>> cvs up -PdA >> >> to update your installation? >> Norman >> ________________________________________ >> From: [log in to unmask] [[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Hansson Adrian, Per Ola [[log in to unmask]] >> Sent: Monday, July 01, 2013 12:37 PM >> To: hps-software >> Subject: gdml file missing? >> >> Hi, >> >> in the compact.xml of HPS-Proposal2014-v3-2pt2 I see that it includes the gdml vacuum chamber: >> >> <includes> >> <gdmlFile file="gdml/vacuumChamber.gdml" /> >> </includes> >> >> I don't get this local file with a CVS update.
