Dear Daniel, The schedule for Energy Frontier at the Minneapolis Snowmass is that posted on the Minnesota agenda page. https://indico.fnal.gov/conferenceTimeTable.py?confId=6890 The times available to you for parallel sessions are those indicated in pink on the mornings of Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (July 31, August 2 and 3). You can use this time as you see fit, except that on Saturday, Chip and I would like 20-30 minutes to meet with your convener group. Please, though, do reserve sufficient time for discussion, even if this means that you need to refuse some talks. If you need more specific instructions, please let us know.
