The indico agenda shows that the working groups have parallel sessions until noon on Friday.  What happened
to the time between 10:30 and 12:00?  We really need some working group time!

On one of those days, Michael and I would like to meet with each group in order to iron out the messages and frankly, decide what is shown for the final plenary. I could imagine this could be hour-long sessions with each of you and so we should spread it out over a few days.

Suppose we did:

Wednesday
0830 - 0930: Higgs
0930-1030: EW

Friday
0830 - 0930: NP
0930-1030: Top

Saturday
0830 - 0930: QCD
0930-1030: Flavor

This means that when we're meeting with one group, others of you could meet together. Or you could meet among yourselves of course.

So please get to us on what you'd like to do outside of those above times. Jon would very much like to clean up the indico pages as for EF they're just repeating the same placeholders.

Can you let us know by Thursday noon what you'd like to do? I'm going to edit the pages to reflect the above reservations, so let me know asap if you've already planned for those times.
