I've attached sketches of what I think I understand from our discussion yesterday of your parallel meeting plans. 

I've added slots for MP and CB meetings with each group as I understand them...or inferred from your flexibility.

I've not included Flavor as that schedule is essentially all informal, but propose that we meet with the Flavor group on Friday from 0830-09:30
