Dear top snowmass contributors,
we have completed a first draft of the top quark working group report summarizing all of your contributions. The draft is enclosed. This document was also sent to the EF conveners and contains the main points we want to make, though it is a rough draft that still requires some work. Please read through it and let us know if you have comments or additions. Some of the conclusions depend on work that is currently ongoing, and we need you to finish these studies soon, certainly before the Minnesota meeting. This document will be finalized during the Minnesota meeting.
The author list of this working group report is supposed to list everyone who contributed in any way. The list contains some names already but is not complete. We have added everyone who gave a talk at one of the Snowmass top meetings, plus the summary writers from last winter. We need your help to complete the list. If you contributed in any way to the Snowmass top quark studies, please send us an email. We need to know the names of students, postdocs and supervisors.
This summary paper is limited to about 30 pages and does not contain details on any specific analysis effort or detector. We encourage all contributors to submit your own white papers containing details of your contribution. Instructions can be found at https://www-public.slac.stanford.edu/snowmass2013/.

Thanks,
The Top Working Group Conveners
Cecilia, Kaustubh, Kirill, Reinhard, Robin
