Can you please verify? > I don't add username. It must be proxy server who does that. I also double checked I don't alter XrdCl URL in my caching proxy plugin. For test I made plain xrdcp test on 4 different files: # xrdcp -f root://xrootd-proxy.t2.ucsd.edu:8111//store/user/alja/data.root . # xrdcp -f root://xrootd-proxy.t2.ucsd.edu:8111//store/user/alja/sample.txt . # xrdcp -f root://xrootd-proxy.t2.ucsd.edu:8111//store/user/alja/xmfar.root . # xrdcp -f root://xrootd-proxy.t2.ucsd.edu:8111//store/user/alja/mc52.root . And I see 3 different users in the https://amraktad.web.cern.ch/amraktad/mail/conn.log file : # grep Open conn.log [2013-08-29 10:20:40 -0700][Debug ][File ] [0x68001aa0@root:[log in to unmask]:1094//store/user/alja/data.root?oss.lcl=1] Open has returned with status [SUCCESS] [2013-08-29 10:21:29 -0700][Debug ][File ] [0x8842cb40@root:[log in to unmask]:1094//store/user/alja/sample.txt?oss.lcl=1] Open has returned with status [SUCCESS] [2013-08-29 10:21:42 -0700][Debug ][File ] [0x68001880@root:[log in to unmask]:1094//store/user/alja/xmfar.root?oss.lcl=1] Open has returned with status [SUCCESS] [2013-08-29 10:21:52 -0700][Debug ][File ] [0x88431c40@root:[log in to unmask]:1094//store/user/alja/mc52.root?oss.lcl=1] Open has returned with status [SUCCESS] Alja ######################################################################## Use REPLY-ALL to reply to list To unsubscribe from the XROOTD-DEV list, click the following link: https://listserv.slac.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=XROOTD-DEV&A=1
