Hello Bill, Indeed, Scisql should have been automatically installed by Qserv install procedure (documented here : https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/db/Qserv/InstallAuto) This install procedure has been intensively tested and is fully working with Qserv version marked with tag : u/fjammes/installCC_FDR (This is the version installed on in2p3 300 nodes cluster, it use QMS but not the new parser code) This procedure doesn't work at the moment with the head of the master branch.
