Actually, I think it's better for the parser to annotate as "risky" when 
we are passing unrecognized syntax, and default to rejecting, unless the 
user query has a "RISKY" (or FORCE) directive at the end of the 
statement.  I'd rather the system not silently return results of 
questionable accuracy.
