Hello,

I was looking for an easier way to stay abreast of wiki changes (easier
than "Timeline"), and made a page called db/Qserv/Recents.

https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/db/Qserv/Recents

It embeds several db lookups and may be a waste of db query load, but I
think it's useful and good enough for me to keep track of things at a
high level.

It shows:
* 15 Most recent changes to db/Qserv
* Tickets changed in the last day
* Tickets changed in the last 7 days
* Tickets closed in the last 7 days
* Active qserv tickets

It's tempting to pile a lot of stuff in: I was going to put in listings
for the current user's active, owned, reported, and cc tickets, but it
really doesn't belong on that page (perhaps another?).

Have fun,
-Daniel
