Hi Homer, this is an old email chain but I actually didn't try this until now but I don't see it working. Can you tell me the exact batch command you would use? Again, I'm able to run on these files locally at least on two machines: atlint01 and atlint02 but whenever I run on batch it fails. The files here are max evio file size that we could get before splitting it. /Pelle On Apr 22, 2013, at 6:48 PM, Homer wrote: > Hi Pelle, > > Any success? > > Homer > > On Mon, 22 Apr 2013, Homer wrote: > >> Hi Pelle, >> >> Could you please retry with specify hequ as a resource. >> These machines have 3GB/core of memory while most of the >> others have 2GB/core of memory. >> >> Cheers, >> Homer >> >> >> On Mon, 22 Apr 2013, Hansson Adrian, Per Ola wrote: >> >>> Nope, >>> >>> but I tried earlier and it didn't help?.I can try again to see if it for >>> some reason didn't use it. >>> >>> I don't need that on the atlas machine or noric01.
