Daniel wanted a name collision with some well known acronym. You two should talk, you clearly have different perspectives :-) , and I don't have a strong opinion about it.

The only problem I see is that CSS is of course already taken
for Cascading Style Sheets in the Web development world. QservSS?
CSManager? Kansas (a central state, in fact home to the geographic
center of the Lower 48)?
