When stalling a client from the "open" method of an XrdOfsFile, the file object seems to be destroyed.
Would it be possible modify this behaviour so that the file object remains alive and is destroyed only when the actual physical connection with that particular client is destroyed?
Or, going to the root problem that we have in CASTOR, is there any way to distinguish between a client being stalled and a one which actually disconnected?

Thanks,
Elvin
