Hi Wei,

Thanks for the report. Looks like MWT2 and NET2 are also lower than typical. Is there something more global affecting everyone? SWT2 looks normal, whatever that means. Just curious.

FYI, several sites have low R&A numbers, and all of them have to give an explanation to Michae Ernstl. For SLAC, we had a scheduled downtime in Dec to physically move the Thors but the final date of outage we registered with OSG was wrong. So it is counted as unscheduled outage.
