Hi, I think the following will work to give you a working lcsim & hps java installation on your local machine.... Delete the ~/.m2/repository directory. (Don't worry, this is perfectly safe and can be easily rebuilt.) Get the full trunk of lcsim from SVN and build it: svn co svn://svn.freehep.org/lcdet/projects/lcsim/trunk/ lcsim cd lcsim mvn clean install -DskipTests=true Get the full trunk of hps from SVN and build it: svn co svn://svn.freehep.org/hps/java/trunk hps cd hps mvn clean install -DskipTests=true Then check the hps build by running ' jar -jar ./distribution/target/hps-distribution-3.0-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar'. Now you my install into your local repository any modules that you have checked out into your IDE with local modifications.
