Thanks, Serge. I'm actually playing with the tests that are invoked via qserv-testdata.py. For example, the script benchmark.py lives under the %QSERV_SRC_DIR%/tests/, which doesn't have a SConscript file. Fortunately, it seems that running scons within %QSERV_SRC_DIR% successfully installs the python code under %QSERV_SRC_DIR%/tests/ before failing due to the "Text file busy" error.
