What are you trying to do in JAS? It seems like you're loading some LCIO 
file? What file? There are many different input formats and menu options 
and things you can do in JAS3, so be more specific about what you're 
doing.

But - since all that your Analysis101.java does is make AIDA plots, it 
seems to me that what you really should be doing is looking at the AIDA 
output of your steering file - that's made by AidaSaveDriver. You want to 
use JAS3 to open ${outputFile}_triggerPlots.aida (where outputFile is set 
in your command line when you run hps-java).
