Hello Jacek,

Thanks for your feedback, a last commit has been pushed since my demo,
and i forgot to push const.py in it.

The commit I was using for the demo has next id :
259f40dd89b03a3f93cfd14c5e4c493780e67daf
You can test it and I hope it will work, but it relies on a local
distserver, so you won't be able to perform the full install process.

Tomorrow I will try to test my branch on an empty account, so that I can
have a better validation, and i will also try to use a in2p3 webserver
as a test distserver. So that you will be able test the full process on
you side.

Have a nice day,

Fabrice
