Dear All,

This just came down the pipeline, please see the message from Graham Heyes below.

My guess is that a reasonable fraction of the 80% that is under the CLAS usage of the computer farm at Jlab is our Mock Data Challenge, and reducing our fraction of the farm for a period of about 50 - 70 days would indeed impact our ability to complete the MDC. Is this correct?  We can briefly discuss this at our meeting.

Best,
Maurik

Dear All,
Please let me know if you have any plans for intensive farm usage in
near term future.

I have had a request from a Qweak group via Brad for some intensive Farm
usage. They would require approximately 50% of the farm for five days at
a time with a lull between, maybe six to ten such periods. The group
that would be most impacted by this is CLAS who are currently using 80%.
Can you please give me some feedback on the relative priority of the
work being done on the farm so that I can judge the merit of giving
Qweak the time or bump the problem upstairs to Rolf.

Regards,
Graham
