Hi, I made a sweep through the Jira and archived items which had been reported but had no work performed on them in the last 6 months (mostly not critical tasks which were reporting minor bugs). If something was closed as “Reported” which is assigned to you, but you plan to do work on it in the short term, please feel free to reopen the task. I also cleaned up the component assignments to tasks and added some additional components. Please do not use the Labels function when creating tasks, as these are too free form. Only use Component assignments such as ECal, SVT, Reconstruction, etc. which allows these to be easily grouped in the dashboard displays. If there is a task in Jira which you are working on right now, then please hit the “Start Progress” button on the issue to indicate you are working on it. If there are issues which have been completed, please close them as “Fixed” and assign to the “3.2” release. This will be the next minor release which will happen when major tasks are completed. And, of course, if you are working on something which is not in the Jira, please take a few minutes and add an item for it. Finally, I had the default task assignee changed to Maurik, so he will be tasked with new items by default, which can then be assigned to the appropriate person. I also changed the Component Leads to make more sense, e.g. Stuart is not the default assignee for ECal tasks, etc. Thanks.
