For people first time to this kind of game: America means born on the Continent of America (both North and South). If not enough, add naturalized US citizens. We like to have a fun game. Each side may still pick some players to make it balance. People take this game more serious than the lunch time one. You may see some guys perform much better, more aggressive, and nice friendly face replaced by a straight face. Fun to watch!
