Can't Jacek just setup (or have setup) a separate Project or a separate
Board on the shared system to isolate his group from the rest of DM's
specific rules.
I'm thinking the isolation from DM that OPSIM and Telescope&Site System SW
have with their Projects and Boards. There is one VM hosting the entire
Confluence/Jira/Agile suite for all LSST users.
