I think the # for WT2 is close to reality. WT2 was hit by the LHCONE configuration problem at ESnet when they switch to 100Gbit, a bug in Bestman/Jetty (a ticket is opened with OSG) regarding new host certificate, a LSF upgrade failure, and a few small disk problems.
