Hi, I have added back to the lcsim-aida module support for ROOT file output. All you would need to do in order to enable this in your job is give your file name the extension ".root". I have double checked that this works correctly on one of my analysis jobs. I'm not entirely sure which AIDA data types are supported. I'm only sure that 1D histograms definitely work.
