We know that this result in incorrect/incomplete dependencies in some cases, but I'm not sure if anyone can tell predictably what these cases are. So if you change any dependency and run scons you cannot be sure that everything was rebuilt correctly. There may be relatively easy fix, I believe I have something that may work.
