I was using HPS2014ReadoutToLcio.lcsim from the SVN and was using the file ap2.2gev050mev.slcio, which was generated from the StdHEP file of the same name. It was also spaced with an event spacing of 500 using the -a option to keep all events.
That warning is from FADCEcalReadoutDriver. I don't know what's causing it; this should never happen. What asttering file and data are you using?
