[log in to unmask]" type="cite"> Hi Fabrice,
Installing via http://datasky.in2p3.fr/qserv/distserver-master/newinstall-qserv-6.0.0rc1-master.sh currently fails with a message like the following:
Detected Qserv-compatible sytem java version; will use it.[ 1/4 ] doxygen 1.8.2+2 done.[ 2/4 ] python system (already installed) done.[ 3/4 ] scons 2.1.0+7 done.[ 4/4 ] sconsUtils 8.0.0.0 done.Installing Qserv in /u2/smm/stackeups distrib: Trouble reading manifest for qserv 6.0.0rc1-DM-612 (generic): First line of manifest file /tmp/eups/distrib/qserv_frPkBX is corrupted:<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN">
My guess is that the DOCTYPE line is from an HTTP 404 that one gets when newinstall-qserv-6.0.0rc1-master.sh tries to install qserv 6.0.0rc1-DM-612 (instead of 6.0.0rc1-master) and cannot find the manifest. I think the fix is to change http://datasky.in2p3.fr/qserv/distserver-master/tags/current.list to reference qserv 6.0.0rc1-master instead of 6.0.0rc1-DM-612. Can you do that when you get a chance?
Also - is it true that we should still use the IN2P3 distribution server, or should we switch to the one you and Mario setup on lsst-dev? Note the README still references the IN2P3 server.
Thanks!Serge
