FYI, this particular problem is related to the fact that ./etc/init.d/qserv-czar is built with a particular path (it has "export PATH=...." inside), so I ended up reruning scons install for qserv and build/dist and it got fixed. Couldn't we rely on the PATH from environment instead of setting it inside this script?
