When I switch from master to DM-630 using the recipe I just
described in separate email, when I am bringing services up
I see:

qserv-start.sh
Starting MySQL. [ OK ]
Starting

/usr/local/home/becla/stack/Linux64/xrootd/master-gfc9bfb2059/bin/xrootd

/usr/local/home/becla/stack/Linux64/qserv/tickets.DM-630-gb26efd78da/etc/lsp.cf
-l
/usr/local/home/becla/stack/Linux64/qserv/tickets.DM-630-gb26efd78da/var/log/xrootd.log
-n worker

                                                            [FAILED]
See startup logfile :
/usr/local/home/becla/stack/Linux64/qserv/tickets.DM-630-gb26efd78da/var/log/xrootd.log
Starting ZooKeeper daemon (zookeeper): JMX enabled by default
Using config:
/usr/local/home/becla/stack/Linux64/qserv/tickets.DM-630-gb26efd78da/etc/zoo.cfg
Starting zookeeper ... STARTED

Starting mysql-proxy. [ OK ]
Starting qserv-czar [ OK ]

The same happens when I run

./Linux64/qserv/tickets.DM-630-gb26efd78da/etc/init.d/xrootd start

Any ideas what could possibly go wrong?

If I switch back to master branch, things work fine.

If I make a trivial change in the master and switch to the
"master-ga7082f1e02-dirty" using the recipe I described,
things work. So, it makes me think the problem really is
with DM-630.

P.S. I tried to reproduce it by hand, but it is not obvious
to me how (and it is getting late :)

Any thoughts?

Jacek
