Anyone noticed the recon taking a lot longer recently? Last time I benchmarked it wasn't this slow...

I am also running something on another computer and it just stopped working with a lot of errors related to AIDA Frame (not in my codes)...

The problem I am finding is that some how in the common hit lists, it looks like there are both seeds in there (there should be two), but I think one is null. I don't know how this happened, but I will use this case to check if that works.

I think running that test will be a good way to check if your clusterer is working properly or at least not crashing on 10k+ events.
It will also print out <nclusters/events> in the summary at the end so that will tell you if things are more or less in working order.

I am working on this. I am generating a crash now, but I am not sure where this is coming from. I had not received this crash prior to this. I have narrowed it down to where I redistribute the common hit energies between the two seeds (around 445). I believe this is the same place it is crashing from the MD. I am trying to figure out how to fix this permanently.
