What seems strange to me is that client, once arriving to UNL, gets sent to cmsxrootd1.fnal.gov directly (also ignoring the tried=). Who does that? Is there some peering configured between UNL and FNAL or this also gets generated by the CERN meta-manager?
Why do we have tried=+1213cmsxrootd1.fnal.gov? Apparently I don't understand the syntax of tried= ...
