Since my name is down as the "Responsible SLAC Manager", let me pass on the rules: - Ample non-alcoholic beverages need to be provided - Food must also be available at the event - No alcohol may be consumed prior to 5:00 p.m. - Consumption must be confined to the rec center BBQ area - Alcohol can be brought onto the SLAC site at any time tomorrow - Any unconsumed alcohol must be removed from the SLAC site at the close of the event SSI will be providing water, so the first point may be taken care of. If someone can bring some soda, Gatorade, etc., that would be great. Otherwise, bring some beer to share, and of course, bring some food! Plan to change and shower elsewhere, and we may need some LCLS guys to escort others to nearby restrooms as needed. Since we won't have access to the rec center refrigerator, I'll bring two coolers with lots of ice and plenty of room to hold anything that needs to be kept cold. 2. We will have use of the gas grill -- I'll bring utensils for cooking and brats for grilling. And the bucket of water... 3. No word on alcohol yet.
