I talked to some of you in Phoenix about documenting our data distribution requirements. We thought it might be useful to try engage Florin Rusu (who is VERY interested in collaborating with us, it is just not clear if that would fit), Emmanuel from IN2P3 (he might be interested), and Stanford CS team working on distributed systems.
