K.T., This looks good to me, and I can create this new top-level meta-package if Qserv team agree. Please note that Qserv data partitioner, which has no software dependency with Qserv, could also be added to qserv_distrib. Furthermore, if necessary, I agree to obtain permission to publish / release with lsstsw account.
