Hello Daniel, Very interesting remark. It seems that doxygen 1.8.5 is a dependency of sconsUtils 9.0. And Qserv last releases have been by default build with sconsUtils 9.0 on lsst-dev.ncsa.illinois.edu. Indeed it seems that the rebuild tool lsstsw retrieves by default the very last version of each Qserv dependencies in their git repos. Mario, if what I explain above is true, do you think there is an easy mean to constraint Qserv dependencies versions before using the rebuild command ? It would be safer. Could we do this in table files ? Or by using rebuild -t PRODUCT_TAG for each Qserv dependencies ? lsst package (which is installed first by newinstall.sh script) relies on doxygen 1.8.2+2. But I'm not sure that Qserv install requires this lsst package ? Mario coud we set lsst package optional in newinstall.sh ? Nevetheless, even if two doxygen versions are installed, please note that only one is setup, doxygen 1.8.5. So the other one isn't used by Qserv. Fabrice On Fri, August 15, 2014 2:38 am, Daniel L. Presumably, the system thinks that doxygen > 1.8.2+2 is too old to use with qserv, but I didn't know that qserv cared > about the doxygen version.
