    Because there are many NSA paranoid people who don't like SELinux 
and use AppArmor instead. That said, I should have done the same thing 
Mattias did in EPEL 7: make xrootd a metapackage depending on 
xrootd-server and xrootd-selinux, this way everything would be installed 
by default with a possibility of skipping selinux for those who want it. 
It will be corrected in xrootd 4.1.
