It's ignorable, and it should not be getting printed. If I run MCReconTest 
I get the messages; if outside of the test I run the same steering file 
(HPS2014OfflineTruthRecon.lcsim) on the same test file, I don't get the 
messages. So something is wrong with how you're running the test.

Some info that should help you debug: the messages are printed by 
freehep-jminuit, which is used by ShaperLinearFitAlgorithm, which is 
called by ShaperPileupFitAlgorithm, which is called by 
RawTrackerHitFitterDriver. The messages are supposed to be turned off by 
ShaperLinearFitAlgorithm.setDebug().
