Dear HPS Software Group,

We will have our regular HPS Software meeting this Thursday, 9am Pacific, noon East Coast, 6pm Europe.

There really isn't enough time to prepare a presentation, but I would still like to discuss the status of the ECAL software and revisit some of the priorities.

Agenda:
