Hi Jeremy,

I 100% agree that this makes more sense.

There are a few classes of codes where I've added IC to the end to indicate
that they work with this clustering. We may think to merge these codes and
make sure everything works. It's in the HPSEcalClusterIC class and the
HPSReconParticle and ReconParticle (I think Omar's codes).
