Hi,

I am working to get the name of the committer in the SVN emails.

In order to do this with the current way the SVN is configured, I think it makes sense if we change the SVN user names to be valid email addresses.

This way, when the mailer sends the notification messages, the "on behalf of" email address will be a valid one indicating who checked in the commit.

I think in order to cause the least amount of disruption, this would mean adding these new credentials to the existing configuration and (maybe) deleting the old user names at some point once everyone has switched over.

Let me know what you think.

(Not going to change this until we discuss it.)
